If you have purchased a presale item(s), you have acknowledged and accepted that your order will be processed at the specified date which is provided for the presale item(s). Presale orders will not be cancelled if the customer fails to acknowledge the delayed shipment for presale items.
If you purchase a presale item, or if your order contains a presale item, your order will not be fulfilled and processed until the date specified for presale items to be processed. Orders cannot be partially processed, if you would like all other items to be sent out before the estimated dispatch for presale items, you will need to place a separate order.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE:
The only occasion we accept returns is if the product is faulty. We DO NOT accept returns for any other reason.

Australian National Orders:
Delivery on all Australian National Orders is expected to be received within 1-5 business days.
International Orders (World-wide):
Delivery on all International Orders is expected to be received within:
Standard AirMail: 7-21 business days
Standard Pack and Track: 7-21 business days (tracked)
Registered Post: 7-21 business days (non-tracked, but insured)
Express International: 2-7 business days (tracked and insured)
All orders are processed next working day.

TAXES AND HANDLING COSTS?
Please note that taxes, tarifs and handling costs are not covered by Kitchen & Co. Kitchenware. You will be expected to pay for any costs your country may impose.
I entered the wrong shipping address in my order, what can I do?
If you have entered the wrong shipping address into your order, and your order has been placed, please contact our staff immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org – our staff ships out items within 24 hours, so if an item gets sent out to the wrong address supplied, we cannot recover those losses.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If your order still hasn’t arrived within those shipping times, please contact support at email@example.com (we will work to track your order and resolve the issue effective immediately!)
I DIDN’T RECEIVE THE ITEM THAT I ORDERED
If you didn’t receive the item that you ordered, please contact our friendly staff at firstname.lastname@example.org who will work to track your items effective immediately.
I HAVE CHOSEN THE WRONG ITEMS OR SIZE IN MY ORDER
If you have placed the wrong item in your checkout, and have already placed your order, contact our staff immediately at email@example.com, with all your relevant details, so that our team can promptly resolve the issue and ship out the correct size and items.
If, for whatever reason, you have failed to notify our team within 24 hours of placing your order, you will have to wait till you receive your items, and then return those items, using the following the instructions from our KITCHEN & CO. KITCHENWARE RETURNS POLICY (the policy details are written at the top of the page)
I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM
In the rare case that you have received a faulty item, you have 14 days to contact us to initiate a replacement. Please contact our friendly staff at firstname.lastname@example.org and outline that you’re a reporting a FAULTY item in the subject of your email.
We will need the following details from you in order to proceed with replacing your faulty item
- Your Order ID number
- Pictures and description of the issues you have with the faulty item
- Any relevant contact information
Please note that we will not replace any items that appear to have been used, washed or tampered with. A replacement item will only be issued if the goods you received were faulty upon arrival.
